Pet Policy

We accept cats, dogs, birds, and fish. 3 pets max per home. Breed restrictions apply; we reserve the right to restrict any dog breed we deem aggressive or harmful. The non-refundable Pet Fee for 1 pet is $300, 2 pets is $450, and 3 pets is $600. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. 60lb weight limit above the 1st floor.
