Not furnished but we offer 3-16 month lease options.

Yes; $300K in liability

What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?

Early Termination Option: Give 60-day notice, pay termination fee equal to two months rent.

How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident Portal. Most requests are resolved within 48 hours.

Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?

Maximum of three pets per apartment | 60lb weight limit above 1st floor

Registered Service & Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Requirements:
We require documentation from your licensed physician for all ESA & Service
Animals. Additional documentation may be required. All ESA &
Service animals are exempt from breed restriction list, with proper documentation.
 
 
Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows,
Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, and German Shepherds. Any mix of these breeds,
and/or any other unmentioned Wolf Breeds are not permitted. We reserve the right to restrict any dog breed we deem aggressive or harmful.
